Move In

Move-In Procedures

A.C.T. is the contracted material handling company and TF Logistics is the recommended freight provider. A.C.T. and the ONLA Exhibit Committee will control exhibit hall access for all deliveries and freight, assign loading docks, and supervise the unloading of shipments.

ONLA and MGIX have contracted with A.C.T. to provide complimentary drayage of exhibitor materials from the dock to the contracted booth at NO CHARGE to the exhibitor unless one of these situations occurs:

You have shipped materials to the A.C.T. warehouse in advance of the show
You, or a company representative, are not present to sign for shipments when they arrive at the exhibit hall during exhibitor move-in hours

Your materials arrive during the designated hours but are not palletized
Your shipment is consigned to A.C.T.
Exhibitor move-in days and times are listed in the Exhibitor Manual on page 2.

Move Out

Move-Out Procedures

Instructions for move-out will be placed in each exhibitors’ booth Tuesday night.

No exhibitor is permitted to break down or pack up a display prior to the close of the show at 1:00pm on Wednesday. Any exhibitor breaking down early will lose their booth selection seniority with the show.

All exhibit materials (packing and display) must remain inside the exhibitor’s booth until the aisle carpet has been rolled. Aisle carpet is rolled when attendees have all exited the hall at the close of the show on Wednesday.

Exhibitors are ultimately responsible for booth area clean-up whether the booth is sold or not. Booth area must be clear by noon on Thursday. Please do not throw leftover marketing materials on the floor. Please place trash in the rolling dumpsters.
